KinFitz & Co. is hiring a Sales Team Lead to drive business growth in a fast-scaling health tech startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the healthcare and insurance sectors, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and leadership experience in building and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand partnerships with insurance companies, hospitals, clinics, and corporate health programs.
✅ Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met.
✅ Secure partnerships with insurance providers to integrate services into covered health plans.
✅ Negotiate and structure commercial agreements with healthcare providers and corporate clients.
✅ Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
✅ Expand company presence in KSA by leveraging existing relationships and establishing new ones.
Job Requirements:
📌 Education & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or related sectors.
- Strong network in UAE’s insurance companies, hospitals, and corporate health programs (KSA experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong experience in designing and selling healthcare service value propositions.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (with potential travel to KSA).
💰 Salary: AED 30,000 – 35,000 + benefits (including equity).
