Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Sales Supervisor under the Emiratization Program to join the Sales and Marketing Department. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality sales, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The candidate will be responsible for sales coordination, client relationship management, and optimizing sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Coordinate the sales and operations process, including preparing and distributing sales documents (proposals, contracts, etc.).
✅ Handle individual reservation inquiries and respond to client questions.
✅ Assist in corporate sales trip preparation and participate in sales meetings.
✅ Maintain sales presentation materials, including brochures and slides.
✅ Arrange and coordinate site inspections, service group needs, and roadshows.
✅ Analyze customer data to enhance sales strategies.
✅ Support the training and scheduling of sales staff.
✅ Adhere to Shangri-La’s Sales and Marketing standards and policies.
✅ Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional service and professionalism.
✅ Handle client queries and complaints empathetically, working with the team to find solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 UAE National (Emiratization Program)
🔹 Warm and friendly personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
🔹 Excellent teamwork and attention to detail.
🔹 Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
🔹 Previous experience in sales/customer service (preferably in luxury hospitality).
🔹 Strong coordination and organizational skills.
🔹 Passionate about delivering the Shangri-La experience.
