Job Title: Sales & Student Success Executive 

Job Description:

Gulf Academy is on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Student Success Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This dual-role position blends sales strategy with student relationship management, ensuring both individual growth and organizational success.

You’ll be a central point of contact for learners, providing personalized guidance throughout their educational journey while actively contributing to revenue generation by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. If you’re driven by impact, growth, and meaningful work in the education space—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond quickly and professionally to student inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring high satisfaction.

  • Manage the full student lifecycle from enrollment to course completion, recommending process improvements along the way.

  • Understand student goals and align them with the right training programs to drive conversions.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to exceed enrollment targets and offer insights into learner behavior and trends.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote additional services and course bundles.

  • Keep up-to-date with course offerings and market trends to advise students accurately and confidently.

  • Contribute to retention and growth strategies to maintain long-term student relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an educational or training setting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Proven ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-paced team environment.

  • Experience with digital platforms, CRMs, and online training tools is desirable.

  • Comfortable making calls, giving presentations, and nurturing leads.
