Since 1999, GIT has pioneered green-tech printing solutions across the Middle East and Africa with a mission to achieve zero waste to landfill.

This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals passionate about sustainability and eager to represent premium eco-friendly print solutions. You will focus on client acquisition, lead conversion, and account growth within Dubai’s premium business segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct strategic client presentations daily to decision-makers in premium market sectors.

• Convert qualified marketing leads into long-term managed print partnerships.

• Expand and retain existing client accounts while targeting new high-profile companies (e.g., Amazon, Majid Al Futtaim, Transguard).

• Organize joint client meetings with sales management for high-potential prospects.

• Achieve monthly targets of 5 printer placements.

• Present consultative sales solutions tailored to premium-tier clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in managed print services, printer rentals, software sales, or B2B IT/Procurement solutions.

• Native-level English proficiency with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).

• Proficiency in CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).

• Strong consultative sales approach and ability to position premium solutions over commodities.

• Strategic thinker with execution discipline and a values-driven mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 (depending on experience)

• Travel Allowance: AED 750

• Commissions: Up to AED 3,000+ monthly (uncapped for top performers)

• Total Earning Potential: AED 11,750 – 15,750 per month
