We are currently hiring a Sales Representative to join our dedicated 10-person sales team. This is a full-time, remote role based in Dubai with the potential for in-person client meetings. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in either real estate or high-ticket marketing sales to help us convert a high volume of warm leads into loyal customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct 8–10 warm, qualified sales calls per day via Zoom or in-person as needed.

• Understand client needs and clearly present the value of Magna’s marketing services.

• Drive sales and meet performance targets through effective closing techniques.

• Develop a strong understanding of the product by reviewing a library of successful sales calls.

• Collaborate with a close-knit team and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in either real estate or selling high-ticket marketing services.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially over Zoom.

• Confidence in handling high-value clients and building long-term relationships.

• Based in or willing to work in Dubai with availability for in-person meetings when needed.
