Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential buyers and close deals efficiently.
✔ Client Relations: Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
✔ Sales Process Management: Handle inquiries, negotiations, and final transactions.
✔ Market Insights: Stay updated on real estate trends & competitor activity.
✔ Collaboration: Work with brokers & pursue direct sales opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
🔹 4+ years of experience in real estate, luxury sales, or high-end service industries.
🔹 Proven ability to close high-value sales & build client relationships.
🔹 Fluent in English (Dutch preferred).
🔹 Confident, self-motivated & results-driven.
🔹 Currently based in the UAE.
