Job Description:

RapidLine Immigration, a premier immigration consultancy firm, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, client engagement, and video marketing, with a strong drive to help people achieve their immigration goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

• Identify and connect with potential clients interested in immigration services.

• Convert leads into successful sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Video Marketing & Digital Engagement:

• Create engaging video content to promote RapidLine Immigration’s services.

• Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) for client outreach and lead generation.

• Work with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration, education, or consultancy industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Familiarity with social media marketing trends and digital engagement strategies.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,000 to 9,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• High commission structure (AED 1,000 per successful deal).
