We are hiring a Sales Promoter for a leading brand in the home appliances and electronics sector. This is a contract-based retail role with potential for extension based on performance. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent product demonstration skills, and prior experience in promoting electronic goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with walk-in customers and promote home appliances in retail outlets.

• Clearly demonstrate product features, benefits, and comparisons to influence purchasing decisions.

• Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional support throughout the sales process.

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Maintain attractive and organized product displays and ensure stock availability.

• Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the sales manager.

• Assist in merchandising activities and promotional campaigns.

• Work collaboratively with store teams and adapt to retail shift timings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in home appliances or electronics

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused with excellent product presentation ability

• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Flexible to work in a retail setup, including weekends and holidays

• Graduation in any discipline; retail or marketing certifications are a plus
