Job Title: Sales & Project Manager 

Job Description:

DuPont Water Solutions (DWS) is a global leader in water purification, conservation, and reuse technologies, committed to solving some of the world’s most critical water challenges. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales & Project Manager for our EMEA region to join our growing Projects team and drive the expansion of DuPont’s water technology portfolio.

As a Sales & Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both the technical and commercial aspects of our integrated water solutions, including UF (Ultrafiltration), MBR (Membrane Bioreactors), and RO (Reverse Osmosis) technologies. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer relationship management to deliver impactful solutions to our clients in the water treatment industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and commercial support across all project phases, from strategic planning and proposal generation to execution and post-sale support.

  • Lead the development of proposals, sizing, system designs, and costing for OEMs and large-scale water treatment projects.

  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Handle documentation for complex projects, including purchase orders, contracts, and tender submissions.

  • Assist in project forecasting, reporting, and provide customer-specific evaluations using tools like SAP and Salesforce.

  • Manage customer relations, ensuring satisfaction and supporting any needs during both the proposal and execution phases.

  • Provide back-office support to field technicians when required.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical specialists to ensure the success of large projects.

  • Strong technical knowledge of water treatment technologies, particularly UF, MBR, and RO systems.

  • Proactive problem-solving and the ability to make independent decisions under pressure.

  • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to make an impact in the water treatment sector.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across regions and functions within DuPont.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical or commercial roles such as Sales, Project Management, or Technical Service in the water treatment industry.

  • Solid commercial and technical experience with UF, MBR, and RO technologies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, SAP, or CPQ is a plus.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
