Job Title: Sales & Operations Lead

Job Description: Bites & Trays By Mai, a premium gourmet catering service in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales & Operations Lead to join our growing team. In this foundational role, you will own the entire client journey, from initial inquiry to the final delivery of exceptional catering experiences. As a key player in our expansion, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with corporate clients, managing events, and collaborating closely with our founders to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, both B2C and B2B.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders via email, social media, WhatsApp, and Shopify.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) partners.
• Drive recurring revenue by managing a healthy sales pipeline and executing sales strategies.
• Coordinate with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure the seamless execution of events.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize sales processes.
• Work closely with the founders to develop and execute strategies for seasonal campaigns and business growth.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, client service, or operations, preferably within the F&B, events, or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in corporate sales and managing MICE partnerships.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently negotiate and build relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Shopify, CRMs, and digital-first sales environments.
• A startup mindset with the ability to work hands-on in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
