Sales Operations Executive


Bayut.com, a leading real estate platform in the UAE, is looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves supporting and enabling the sales teams by providing operational assistance, managing sales data, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth client onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, CRM tools, and real estate industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Maintain and manage sales databases, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Research social media, government databases, and other sources for potential new clients.
- Verify and assign clients to Business Development Managers based on location and language preferences.
- Assist in client onboarding, account setup, and activation.
- Serve as a key operational support contact for clients and account managers.
Business Enablement:
- Support new and current sales managers with onboarding and training.
- Set up methodologies and optimize sales processes.
- Provide operational performance reports and insights to enhance efficiency.
- Utilize Sales CRM, Learning Management Systems, and product updates to drive sales.
- Keep up to date with real estate industry laws and trends and share insights with the team.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and provide data-driven insights.
Technical & Operations Support:
- Act as the liaison between sales, tech, and operations teams, reporting feedback and issues.
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance platform features and value-added services.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Account Management.
- Experience in e-commerce, classified platforms, or pricing strategy is a must.
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong customer service and sales background.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
