Job Title: Sales & Operations Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and versatile Sales & Operations Executive to join our fast-growing team at Eventize. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a startup culture and is passionate about sales, event tech, and client success. You’ll play a key role in driving business development and ensuring smooth execution of events across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Business Development:

• Research and identify upcoming events, festivals, and organizers across the MENA region.

• Generate and qualify leads through email outreach, phone calls, and social media.

• Build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

2. Sales & Client Engagement:

• Deliver engaging product demos and presentations to prospective clients.

• Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, quotations, and pricing.

• Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure trust and loyalty.

3. Account & Operations Management:

• Oversee contracts, invoicing, and procurement processes for booked events.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.

4. Onsite Event Support:

• Provide hands-on support during event days, including system setup and wristband distribution.

• Train event staff on the Eventize system.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues onsite in coordination with the tech team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, events, or SaaS/event tech industries.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Strong proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

• Tech-savvy, quick learner, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Willingness to travel across the MEA region for onsite event support.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years

• Location: Middle East or Africa (with readiness to travel)
