Job Title: Sales & Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in sales support, logistics, or operations who can manage client communication, coordinate deliveries, and ensure seamless day-to-day processes between departments.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth workflow between the sales team, warehouse, and clients, while maintaining accurate records and assisting with order tracking and sample distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the distribution of product samples to prospective clients.

  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.

  • Follow up with clients and logistics teams to confirm deliveries and resolve any issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of samples, orders, and inventory using Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and operations departments.

  • Ensure clear and consistent communication between internal teams and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Currently based in Dubai.

  • Prior experience in sales coordination, logistics, or a similar support role (preferred).

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Driving license is a plus.

  • Male candidates from the Philippines are preferred.

  • Certification or diploma-level education.

Key Skills:

  • Solid understanding of the sales process and coordination tasks.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Positive attitude and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Client-focused with great presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Capable of negotiating and handling customer interactions professionally.
