Job Title: Sales Operations & Coordination Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations & Coordination Manager to oversee the daily operations, manage cross-functional coordination, and support the AVP in strategic planning and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or safety engineering and hands-on experience in sales support, vendor management, and marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day business operations and report directly to the AVP on critical matters

• Prepare sales and territory performance reports

• Create and deliver presentations and strategic reports for the AVP

• Coordinate with all UFS Group brands and maintain direct vendor relationships

• Support legal documentation for distributors, dealers, and partners

• Manage and update brand price lists and project profitability calculations

• Act as the primary contact for UFS factories regarding orders and dispatches

• Review product issues, verify alarm notes, and assist in development tasks

• Handle vendor and government product listings across the Middle East & CIS regions

Marketing & Coordination Duties:

• Support marketing heads with daily activities and product launch coordination

• Prepare certificates of conformity, warranties, and other essential documents

• Coordinate promotional materials and product artwork

• Assist the logistics team with shipping documentation, order fulfillment, and dispatches

• Manage and process bank-related documents for shipments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–8 years of experience in a similar operations, sales coordination, or marketing role

• Proven experience with CRM software and analytics tools

• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

• Background in Mechanical Engineering or Safety Engineering preferred

• Must be based in Dubai, UAE

• Nationality: Indian

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
