As a Sales Officer, you’ll be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional shopping experiences, building lasting customer relationships, and playing a key role in driving revenue while ensuring Chic’s image is consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Client Experience & Relationship Management

• Deliver personalized, high-quality service to every customer

• Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally

• Build long-term relationships to increase client satisfaction and brand loyalty

🔹 Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge to support customer decisions

• Assist in customer acquisition and retention strategies

🔹 Brand Representation

• Uphold Chic’s premium brand image through professional grooming and behavior

• Ensure visual merchandising and product displays meet brand standards

🔹 Inventory & Stock Management

• Handle stock intake, transfers, and inventory counts accurately

• Report stock levels and demand trends to the Store Manager and Product Development team

🔹 Sales Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate sales records and assist in preparing weekly KPI reports

• Support data-driven sales decisions through timely and clear reporting

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales goals

• In-depth understanding of fashion trends, styling, and customer preferences

• Proficiency in POS systems and sales reporting tools

• Excellent grooming and professional presence

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
