Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our retail team specializing in perfumes and fragrance oils in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for fragrances, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with professionalism and create a friendly shopping environment.

• Understand customer preferences to recommend appropriate perfumes, oils, and gift sets.

• Explain scent profiles, fragrance notes, concentration types (e.g., Eau de Parfum, Attar), and proper usage.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Ensure the sales area is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.

• Support inventory management and participate in regular stocktaking.

• Stay informed on product details, seasonal launches, and current promotions.

• Handle customer queries, returns, or complaints in a polite and efficient manner.

• Report any operational issues to the store manager or supervisor promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience; background in perfume or cosmetics sales is highly desirable.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent scent memory and the ability to describe fragrances accurately.

• Presentable, well-groomed, and polite with a customer-first mindset.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a plus.

• Minimum high school diploma; any retail or sales certifications are an advantage.

• Monthly salary: AED 2,500 – 4,000
