Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Sales:

  • Conduct property viewings and presentations.

  • Negotiate offers and close deals.

  • Qualify leads and build long-term client relationships.

• Market Expertise & Networking:

  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends and property values.

  • Build your brand through social media and networking events.

  • Source and market properties in your assigned area.

• Operational & CRM Management:

  • Maintain client records using CRM and internal software.

  • Oversee transactions from offer to final payment.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Passion for real estate and a strong sales-driven mindset.

• Real estate experience preferred but not essential—sales/customer service experience is also valued.

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Valid driving license (preferred).

Salary & Compensation:

• GBP 4,000 – 9,000 per month (AED equivalent), inclusive of fixed allowances.

• High earning potential with uncapped commissions.
