Sales/Marketing Executive – Work Visa Services | AED 2K–2.5K + Commission | Dubai

Job Overview:

A growing visa consultancy firm in Dubai is looking for a Sales/Marketing Executive to promote and generate leads for work visa services (excluding UAE visas). The role requires individuals with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to drive results and earn attractive commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source and register candidates interested in applying for overseas work visas (excluding UAE).

• Promote visa consultancy services via social media, word of mouth, and direct marketing.

• Provide clear and accurate information on visa processes and documentation requirements.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the internal processing team to support successful conversions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2–8 years in sales, marketing, recruitment, or immigration consultancy.

• Visa Status: Must currently hold a valid UAE visa.

• Education: Bachelor of Arts or any relevant degree.

• Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • Fluency in English (other languages a plus)

• Bonus: Prior experience in work visa sales or immigration services is highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,000 – 2,500

• Additional Compensation: High commission per successful registration

• Employment Type: Full-Time
