Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our construction and building company in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong sales, marketing, and industry expertise. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, generate leads, and drive sales growth while building strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote construction services.

• Manage social media, digital marketing, and SEO strategies to boost engagement.

• Create compelling sales presentations, promotional materials, and proposals.

✅ Sales & Client Acquisition

• Identify and target potential clients in the construction and building sector.

• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate business leads.

• Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competition.

✅ Client Relationship Management

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Present and negotiate sales proposals to potential customers.

• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting insights to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✔ 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
✔ Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies.
✔ Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
✔ Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
