Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, sales-driven, and marketing-savvy professional to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly adaptable, and eager to learn the wholesale and retail business model while also contributing creatively to our marketing and content strategies.

This is a full-time, on-site role where your primary focus will be sales, business development, and customer engagement, complemented by marketing initiatives to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activities to generate leads, convert prospects, and build long-term client relationships (B2B & B2C)

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

• Conduct market research and evaluate trends to create effective strategies

• Handle customer inquiries and support both online and in-person channels

• Plan, organize, and implement sales initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Assist with content creation and digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns

• Coordinate sales visits, online engagements, and promotional activities effectively

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales mindset with proven negotiation, upselling, and closing skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media campaigns, and promotional strategies

• Proficiency in basic digital marketing tools (social media platforms, Canva, email campaigns, CRM tools like Zoho)

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to build client relationships

• Ability to multitask between sales, customer service, and marketing functions

• Quick learner with adaptability to new products, services, and processes

Experience & Educational Background:

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Diploma in Digital Marketing acceptable)

• Must have a valid visa (freelance or sponsored)
