Candidate Requirements

📌 Experience & Skills:

  • 4-6 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in facilities or property management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure deals effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
