Sales Manager – Luxury

The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. The role focuses on selling luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, contributing to the company’s overall success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.

  • Handle inquiries, negotiations, and finalize contracts professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain a robust CRM system to track client interactions and sales activities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional activities.

  • Use digital marketing tools and social media to expand outreach.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing, trends, and demand, and offer strategic insights.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly address any client issues or feedback.

  • Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all dealings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.

  • 2–3 years minimum experience in sales, specifically with real estate developers in the UAE.

  • Fluency in Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, or German is a plus.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to network, work independently, and close high-value deals.

  • Experience with luxury real estate projects is highly advantageous.

  • Result-driven with outstanding interpersonal and people skills.
