About the Client:

A well-established group of companies in Dubai, renowned for successful investments across a diverse portfolio including luxury automotive, real estate, F&B, trading, and equity sectors. This position is within their luxury car rental division, serving a VIP clientele.

Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will lead sales efforts for the luxury car rental division, targeting high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and tourism partners. You’ll play a key role in driving bookings, upselling premium services, and ensuring an exceptional experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clients, corporate accounts, and tourism industry partners to generate repeat business.

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings.

• Promote upgrades and additional services such as chauffeur options, extended insurance packages, and vehicle add-ons to increase transaction value.

• Stay fully informed on the features, specs, and unique selling points of the luxury fleet, including models from Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Bentley, and others.

• Work toward monthly sales targets and KPI goals with a proactive and client-focused approach.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the rental lifecycle, from initial contact to post-service follow-up.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Open to CIS and Arabic nationals

• Age Limit: 40 years and below

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the luxury car rental industry

• License: Valid UAE driver’s license required

• Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation

  • Presentable and confident personality

  • Proficiency in managing premium clientele and understanding luxury standards
