Job Overview:
Refine Development Management is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Luxury to lead sales efforts, achieve revenue targets, and drive strategic growth. This role requires expertise in UAE real estate, client relationship management, and a passion for high-end property sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage inquiries, negotiations, and contract closures professionally

Maintain an accurate CRM to track pipeline and client engagement

Work with the marketing team on campaigns and events to boost visibility

Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and open houses

Leverage social media and digital tools for lead generation

Conduct industry research and share market insights with leadership

Identify new growth opportunities and target segments

Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues swiftly

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

2–3 years of sales experience with real estate developers in the UAE

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Fluency in Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, or German is a plus

Proven ability to exceed sales targets

Confident networker with independent selling capabilities

Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities

Experience selling luxury projects is highly advantageous
