Job Overview:
Refine Development Management is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Luxury to lead sales efforts, achieve revenue targets, and drive strategic growth. This role requires expertise in UAE real estate, client relationship management, and a passion for high-end property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue goals

  • Analyze market trends and adjust plans to optimize performance

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders

  • Provide customized solutions to meet diverse property requirements

  • Manage inquiries, negotiations, and contract closures professionally

  • Maintain an accurate CRM to track pipeline and client engagement

  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns and events to boost visibility

  • Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and open houses

  • Leverage social media and digital tools for lead generation

  • Conduct industry research and share market insights with leadership

  • Identify new growth opportunities and target segments

  • Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues swiftly

  • Collect feedback and drive service improvements

  • Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of sales experience with real estate developers in the UAE

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluency in Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, or German is a plus

  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets

  • Confident networker with independent selling capabilities

  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities

  • Experience selling luxury projects is highly advantageous
