Al-Futtaim Automotive is hiring a Sales Manager for its Honda division at Dubai Festival City. This full-time, on-site role is focused on driving retail sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience aligned with Al-Futtaim’s operational and brand standards.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales function, leading a motivated team, managing the sales floor, and achieving pre-determined targets. The role also involves team coaching, monitoring performance metrics, handling escalated customer concerns, and aligning the team’s efforts with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct the sales team to achieve sales and operational targets.

• Supervise the day-to-day operations at the showroom, including team performance, vehicle display, and customer service standards.

• Coach and develop sales executives to enhance customer engagement and sales conversions.

• Ensure all sales processes and SOPs are followed and customer complaints are resolved efficiently.

• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions in collaboration with management.

• Maintain accurate customer data and ensure high-quality product knowledge across the team.

• Support the implementation of new strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• 7–10 years of experience in automotive retail sales, with 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
