IOP Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager with 2+ years of UAE real estate experience to lead a dynamic team of property consultants in Dubai. Fluency in Hindi is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of property consultants

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Stay current with Dubai real estate market trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience

• Fluency in Hindi

• Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills

• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: AED 6,000 – 7,000 + Attractive Commissions
