Sharaf DG Business, a leading digital transformation and systems integration provider in the Middle East, is hiring a Sales Manager – Data Backup Solutions. This role requires strong customer connections, expertise in data backup technologies, and experience working with vendors like Veeam, Commvault, and Acronis. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new clients, and achieving business growth objectives in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive sales of Data Backup solutions by aligning with key technology partners.
✔ Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate business through existing networks.
✔ Collaborate with technology vendors such as Veeam, Acronis, and Commvault to meet sales performance objectives.
✔ Create and implement joint business plans with partners, setting financial and strategic goals.
✔ Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions in IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
✔ Identify new sales opportunities, conduct networking, and close high-value deals.
✔ Manage customer accounts at all levels, building strong relationships to achieve business objectives.
✔ Deliver persuasive sales presentations aligned with customer needs and business strategies.
✔ Develop accurate sales forecasts and adjust based on market performance.
✔ Frequent travel across UAE is required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
✅ 7-10 years of experience in Data Backup solution sales, IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
✅ Strong knowledge of backup technologies such as Veeam, Acronis, and Commvault.
✅ Proven technology sales and account management experience in UAE.
✅ Ability to communicate and influence C-level executives effectively.
✅ Expertise in developing client-focused solutions and sales strategies.
✅ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
✅ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
✅ Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle required.
