OKX, a global leader in cryptocurrency exchange and blockchain services, is looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join their Dubai office. This is a full-time role focused on expanding OKX’s presence in the UAE by acquiring high-net-worth clients and institutional partners while actively promoting OKX’s platform and services in the crypto space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial or crypto sales, a robust local network, and fluency in both Arabic and English. This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional with deep knowledge of the UAE crypto landscape and a “compliance-first” approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate new client business for OKX’s exchange platform

• Generate sales pipeline from both new and existing clients in the financial and crypto sectors

• Identify and close sales opportunities with corporations and high-net-worth individuals

• Manage client relationships from prospecting to onboarding and beyond

• Provide exceptional client service through regular follow-ups and tailored support

• Participate in and represent OKX at key crypto and financial events

• Collaborate with Product and Legal teams to relay client feedback and ensure compliant onboarding

• Maximize client wallet value and drive account growth

• Resolve operational or compliance issues through cross-functional coordination

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English

• Proven track record in sales within the crypto or financial markets

• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of legal and compliance frameworks

• Well-networked within the UAE crypto and trading community

• Enthusiastic about crypto adoption and blockchain technologies

• Ability to deliver under pressure and maintain high service standards
