We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead market expansion and sales strategy efforts in the Middle East and international markets. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong business development skills, a deep understanding of international trade, and the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals to drive market growth.

Expand business operations in the Middle East and globally, acquiring new clients and maintaining existing accounts.

Research market trends, analyze competitors, and develop strategies to enhance product competitiveness.
Team Leadership & Sales Performance

Build and manage a high-performing sales team, set performance targets, and ensure sales objectives are met.

Conduct sales training to enhance team capabilities, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.

Oversee the execution of sales plans and provide strategic guidance to optimize team efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.

Analyze customer needs and provide tailored product solutions to enhance customer experience.

Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring service excellence and optimizing sales processes.
Sales Target & Contract Management

Develop and monitor sales budgets, ensuring targets are met and profitability is maximized.

Analyze sales data to optimize strategies, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.

Negotiate contracts, oversee payment collections, and manage financial risks.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.

5-10 years of sales management experience, preferably in international trade or the Middle Eastern market.

Strong market expansion and business development skills, with an established industry network preferred.

Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals effectively.

Experience managing cross-cultural client relationships and business negotiations.

Highly goal-oriented, able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
