We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead market expansion and sales strategy efforts in the Middle East and international markets. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong business development skills, a deep understanding of international trade, and the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals to drive market growth.

  • Expand business operations in the Middle East and globally, acquiring new clients and maintaining existing accounts.

  • Research market trends, analyze competitors, and develop strategies to enhance product competitiveness.

Team Leadership & Sales Performance

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, set performance targets, and ensure sales objectives are met.

  • Conduct sales training to enhance team capabilities, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.

  • Oversee the execution of sales plans and provide strategic guidance to optimize team efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.

  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored product solutions to enhance customer experience.

  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring service excellence and optimizing sales processes.

Sales Target & Contract Management

  • Develop and monitor sales budgets, ensuring targets are met and profitability is maximized.

  • Analyze sales data to optimize strategies, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.

  • Negotiate contracts, oversee payment collections, and manage financial risks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • 5-10 years of sales management experience, preferably in international trade or the Middle Eastern market.

  • Strong market expansion and business development skills, with an established industry network preferred.

  • Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals effectively.

  • Experience managing cross-cultural client relationships and business negotiations.

  • Highly goal-oriented, able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
