Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with strong techno-commercial expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) to drive business development and revenue growth in the Middle East region. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with deep industry knowledge, existing key accounts, and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities.
As a Sales Manager, you will engage with technical and commercial stakeholders, including MEP Consultants, MEP Contractors, System Integrators, Facility Managers, Real Estate Developers, and Building Owners. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, strengthening partnerships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow key accounts with major developers, MEP consultants, and contractors

Generate new business leads and build strategic partnerships within the BMS sector

Assess the regional market and develop a business plan & sales strategy to meet company goals

Drive sales in data center solutions (experience preferred)

Deliver technical and sales presentations to prospective clients

Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close deals

Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across client and partner organizations
-
Provide accurate sales forecasts and work toward achieving and exceeding targets

Submit weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports

Travel within the UAE, GCC, and occasionally to Japan and other countries for business meetings
Requirements:
-
8+ years of proven sales experience in the UAE within the BMS or similar industry

Existing portfolio of key accounts and ability to onboard them in the short term
-
Strong understanding of MEP, building automation, and facility management markets
-
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-
Willingness to travel across the GCC and internationally
