Job Title: Sales Manager – Pharma Division

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily visits, repeat orders, timely stock replenishments, and on-time collections, while also driving new business opportunities and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

👥 Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead and oversee the Medical Representative team within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure daily client visits, repeat orders, and timely collections.
  • Hire, train, and develop new employees in the sales team.
  • Organize medical and skills training sessions to enhance team performance.

📈 Sales & Business Development

  • Negotiate agreements with key clients and explore new business opportunities.
  • Conduct sales forecasting and analyze market trends for growth.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and list new products in key account customers.

📢 Marketing & Product Awareness

  • Conduct marketing activities like RTM (Route-to-Market) strategies and group meetings with doctors.
  • Ensure that each pharma product is properly displayed and promoted.
  • Provide regular market feedback and recommendations to management.

📑 Reporting & Compliance

  • Generate and present regular reports as per company requirements.
  • Ensure operations align with company standards and procedures.
  • Manage Key Account Managers (KAM), Product Specialists, and Medical Representatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales and key account management.

💻 Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • UAE Driving License is required.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
