Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the growth of a premium breathable nail gel brand across the GCC region. Based in Dubai, this role is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty and salon industry, with a focus on acquiring high-end salon clients, strengthening partnerships, and promoting innovative nail care solutions that elevate salon offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, approach, and onboard high-end salons across the GCC region to expand brand presence.

• Deliver engaging, high-impact product demonstrations that showcase the unique benefits of breathable nail gel technology.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with salon partners to ensure client satisfaction and business continuity.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement localized campaigns that boost brand visibility and sales conversions.

• Stay current on regional beauty and nail care trends to continuously refine sales strategies and stay competitive.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or salon industry, preferably within the GCC.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and retain salon clients.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio across multiple markets.

• Willingness to travel within the GCC for client meetings (all travel costs covered).
