This company offers premium short-term rental solutions in the city’s most sought-after locations. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager / Business Development Executive to lead property acquisition efforts and contribute to the overall business growth. This position will be critical in building relationships, acquiring new properties, and driving the company’s revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Acquisition: Acquire new holiday home properties for management, ensuring they meet company standards.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors to drive acquisitions.

• Client Pitching: Present and pitch the company’s full-service offering to potential clients, showcasing the value of partnering with the company.

• Onboarding: Oversee the smooth transition of newly acquired properties, ensuring they are onboarded efficiently into the company’s management system.

• Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth and market share.

• Market Awareness: Stay updated on Dubai’s holiday home trends, market competitors, and regulations that affect property management.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate or holiday home rentals.

• Skills: Strong sales and property acquisition background with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• License & Transportation: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle in Dubai.

• Attributes: Goal-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, with a passion for driving business growth in a competitive market.
