Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling home appliances, electronics, and cookware, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure a smooth shopping experience

• Greet and assist customers, providing product recommendations and detailed information

• Promote and sell products such as cookware, plates, stoves, and other home appliances

• Maintain attractive and organized product displays

• Handle customer inquiries, process sales, and manage cash transactions

• Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home appliances or electronics

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
