Specializing in global tourist visas, Portugal migration and residency programs, and MOFA attestation/document clearing, Nextway Migration ensures seamless, transparent, and stress-free relocation and travel processes for clients worldwide.

Role Overview:
The Sales | Immigration Advisor will play a key role in guiding clients through their immigration journey. This on-site, full-time role in Dubai requires providing consultations, conducting eligibility assessments, and assisting with visa applications. The advisor will also handle client inquiries, manage documentation, and maintain strong client relationships while meeting defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through immigration processes, including consultations and eligibility checks.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely information.

  • Manage and organize client documentation for visa and immigration submissions.

  • Train clients on process requirements and timelines.

  • Support clients throughout their immigration journey, ensuring smooth communication.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage trust and referrals.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Customer service experience, preferably in consultancy services.

  • Proficiency in sales with proven ability to achieve targets.

  • Experience in training clients on processes and procedures.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Previous experience in immigration consultancy is an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

Compensation & Work Schedule:

  • Basic Salary: AED 3,000 per month.

  • Commission: 10% on each sale.

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

  • Sunday: Remote work (3 hours).

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
