Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join the flagship boutique in Dubai Mall – Grand Atrium. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury sales, fluency in Russian and English, and experience in high-end jewellery, watches, or fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to provide a luxury shopping experience.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer loyalty.
• Develop deep product knowledge, including the brand’s history, craftsmanship, and collections, to offer expert guidance.
• Proactively engage with potential customers to expand the client base.
• Maintain impeccable boutique presentation, ensuring stock management and visual merchandising align with brand standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Languages: Fluency in Russian and English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus).
• Experience: 3–5 years in luxury retail, preferably in jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused with a talent for building rapport.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of cross-cultural communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Residency in UAE is an advantage.
