Job Title: Sales Executive – Luxury Jewellery & Watches (Dubai Mall)

Job Description:

An internationally renowned luxury jewellery and watches brand is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join its flagship boutique in Dubai Mall – Grand Atrium. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong sales expertise, fluency in Russian and English, and a passion for high-end retail. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience:

• Provide world-class customer service, ensuring a memorable luxury shopping experience.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the brand’s product range, history, and craftsmanship to offer expert consultations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.

Client Relationship & Business Development:

• Expand the client base by proactively engaging with potential customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage and grow the boutique’s client portfolio.

Boutique Operations & Presentation:

• Ensure the boutique meets luxury retail standards in stock management and visual merchandising.
• Uphold the brand’s executive dress code and business etiquette for high-level engagements.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient store environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Languages: Fluency in Russian and English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus).
• Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience in luxury retail (jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion).
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport.
  • Cross-cultural communication awareness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Residency: Candidates currently based in the UAE will have an advantage.
