Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our client’s flagship boutique in Dubai Mall – Grand Atrium. The ideal candidate must possess strong sales skills, fluency in Russian and English, and previous experience in luxury retail, particularly in jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide a personalized luxury shopping experience.

• Support the team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products, history, and craftsmanship to offer expert consultations.

• Engage proactively with potential customers to expand the client base.

• Maintain boutique presentation, stock management, and visual merchandising to meet brand standards.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university.

Languages:

• Fluency in Russian and English is required.

• Knowledge of Arabic or Chinese is an advantage.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of sales experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-centric approach with the ability to build lasting relationships.

• Well-organized and detail-oriented.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Understanding of cross-cultural communication and luxury clientele needs.

• Professional presentation, executive dress code, and business etiquette.

• Candidates currently residing in the UAE will have an advantage.
