📌 Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in logistics and freight forwarding. The successful candidate will drive business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing long-term partnerships focused on air freight, sea freight, import/export solutions.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

🔍 Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential clients within the UAE and surrounding markets.

  • Initiate outreach to promote logistics services and generate qualified leads.

🤝 Client Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Analyze customer needs and propose custom logistics solutions.

💼 Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

  • Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable deals.

📊 Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements.

  • Share insights with management to help shape strategy.

🗂️ Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM tools.

  • Submit regular performance and pipeline reports.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.

  • Solid knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and international trade.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.

  • Valid GCC driving license is mandatory.

  • Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
