🔹 Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of construction-related products and a successful history of exceeding sales targets.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory

  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships

  • Close sales deals through effective negotiation and solution-based selling

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sales support

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports

  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

  • Act as a professional brand ambassador at all times


🔹 Candidate Profile:

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years in sales within the building materials industry

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Previous experience with products such as construction chemicals, plywood, MDF, cement sheets, paints, and hardware

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Expertise in customer relationship management and B2B selling

  • Solid negotiation skills and business acumen

  • Deep knowledge of construction materials and market trends

  • Effective time management and multitasking skills

  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Sales certifications (e.g., CSP) are a plus

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel across assigned regions

  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
