Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE, specializing in Petroleum Products, Sulphur, Diesel, Lubricants, and Fertilizers. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the petroleum and fertilizer industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
  • Drive B2B sales efforts, focusing on petroleum products, sulphur, diesel, lubricants, and fertilizers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and deal closing.

Marketing & Strategy

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to design effective promotional campaigns.

Client Management & Negotiation

  • Handle customer inquiries, pricing negotiations, and contract finalizations.
  • Provide product knowledge and consultation to potential clients.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database and follow up on leads.

Operational & Compliance

  • Ensure all sales transactions comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Regularly attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the petroleum, sulphur, or fertilizer industries.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory for client visits).
  • Understanding of UAE market dynamics in petroleum and fertilizer sales.

Benefits:

Competitive Salary: AED 5,000 – 12,000 per month
