Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships and closing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and a strong background in working with Builders, Architects, and Interior Designers. You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term clients—both new and existing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through a consultative and strategic sales approach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Builders, Architects, and Interior Designers.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the architecture, design, or construction industry.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with professionals at all levels.

  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
