About the Role:
Join the pre-opening team of Dubai’s most exclusive 5-star Club Hotel – The Rufescent! We are seeking highly driven Sales Executives to lead our membership sales efforts, targeting HNWIs, CEOs, business owners, and elite clientele. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales and acquire elite members for the Premium Club and Preferred Membership programs.

• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with HNWIs, corporate executives, and business owners.

• Develop strategic partnerships with corporations, banks, real estate firms, and industry associations.

• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and membership sales targets.

• Represent the Club Hotel at high-profile client meetings, networking events, and exclusive business gatherings.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in luxury sales, hospitality sales, real estate, or membership club sales.

• Strong networking abilities with access to HNWI circles and top business communities.

• Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience within Dubai’s luxury hospitality or corporate sales market is highly preferred.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident handling high-profile clientele.
