Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join Al Tareeq Al Sahel Auto New Spare Parts in Sharjah. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating leads, building customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets in the automotive spare parts industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
✔ Lead Generation: Identify and convert potential customers to expand the client base.
✔ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
✔ Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle negotiations and finalize contracts to meet company sales targets.
✔ Market Research: Stay updated on automotive spare parts industry trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
✔ Target Achievement: Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
✔ Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of various auto spare parts to customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals and negotiate effectively.
✅ Business Development: Experience in identifying new market opportunities and growing customer base.
✅ Customer Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or knowledge of the automotive spare parts industry is preferred.
✅ Communication Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
✅ Target-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales goals.
✅ Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
