Senior Sales Executive – KSA (Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Senior Sales Executive to lead the expansion of our FMCG product distribution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role focuses on securing partnerships with agencies and distributors to strengthen the market presence of essential consumer goods, including tea and rice.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of FMCG sales experience in KSA with an extensive network of sales agencies, distributors, and business partners. Your expertise in market dynamics and strong negotiation skills will be crucial in driving sales growth and establishing strategic distribution agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your network to identify and engage potential sales agencies, distributors, and business partners in KSA.

• Develop and manage long-term partnerships to expand product reach, ensuring strong market penetration.

• Lead negotiations for distribution agreements, covering pricing, logistics, promotional strategies, and regulatory compliance.

• Monitor agency performance to ensure sales targets and KPIs are met while providing strategic guidance.

• Collaborate with senior management to execute an FMCG sales expansion strategy for the KSA market.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FMCG sales, business development, or distribution management in KSA.

• Proven network of sales agencies, distributors, and partners in the KSA FMCG sector.

• Strong understanding of KSA’s FMCG distribution channels, regulatory landscape, and consumer behavior.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Fluent in English and Arabic with the ability to engage diverse business stakeholders.

• Strong market analysis skills to identify opportunities and drive business growth.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be based in the UAE.
