Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, with a specialization in fresh fruits and vegetables. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, skilled in building strong client relationships, and motivated to drive business growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant clients to grow the customer base.

• Present and promote fresh produce tailored to client needs.

• Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with restaurant and hospitality partners.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to maximize profitability.

• Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in FMCG, ideally in fresh produce sales to restaurants or hospitality.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities with a customer-first mindset.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients effectively.

• Good knowledge of the UAE restaurant and hospitality market.

• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Skilled in MS Office and CRM software.
