You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, driving sales growth, and meeting defined KPIs while contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers through multiple channels

• Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to prospective clients

• Build and maintain long-term, trustworthy client relationships

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs

• Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales processes and ensure client satisfaction

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving market conditions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of modern sales techniques and CRM practices

• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Proficiency in Arabic and English is required
