INNOCODE is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by creating and closing new opportunities. The role involves using a consultative sales approach to identify and qualify leads, converting them into successful sales opportunities with both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, exceptional communication skills, and experience in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients virtually or in-person to present products and solutions.

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate client and sales records.

  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products.

  • Review sales performance and develop strategies to exceed targets.

  • Negotiate contracts and packages with senior executives.

  • Research prospects and generate leads.

  • Handle client inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally.

  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals.

  • Manage the sales process through CRM and other software tools.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of CRM systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous experience in Information Technology sales (mandatory).

  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
