Job Title: Sales Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for a short-term role to support the launch and growth of our newly introduced recruitment platform. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an early-stage project, drive client acquisition, and help shape our sales pipeline from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and engage potential clients across the UAE

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase platform features

• Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close deals

• Build and maintain the early-stage sales pipeline

• Gather feedback from prospects and clients to improve our offerings

• Share insights with the team to refine sales strategies

Requirements & Skills:

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Familiarity with sales techniques and processes

• Basic sales experience within the UAE market

• Bilingual in English and Arabic (preferred)
