Job Title: Sales Executive 

Job Description:

Elegance Sky, a leading baby diaper company, is looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Executives (both male and female) to join our growing team in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, have strong communication skills, and are eager to meet and exceed targets.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our range of baby diaper products, and closing deals to help expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Actively promote and sell baby diaper products to retailers and distributors

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer service

• Report on sales performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the UAE

• Valid UAE driving license is required

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented personality

• Prior experience in FMCG or diaper sales is a plus
